There are a number of ways how trusts types in South Africa can be classified, for example “ownership trust”, “bewind trust”, “curatorship trust” etc.

However a Trust is classified, Trusts are best described by the way in which they are formed, the rights they give beneficiaries as well as the purpose for which they are formed.

This session provides much needed insight and guidance with regards to the different types of Trust as well as all the stakeholders involved in the formation of the Trust. All the roles of the relevant stakeholders will be discussed as well.
